What is Living Sanctuary all about?
Living Sanctuary is a self-sustaining Hare Krsna community focused on permaculture, cow protection, and spiritual retreats.
Can I participate in your workshops and retreats?
As soon as we are ready, we will host workshops and retreats. Everyone is welcome to join. Keep your eyes open for it.
How does the farm practice sustainability?
We use permaculture principles, grow our own food and grains, and care for cows in our goshala to maintain ecological balance. We are learning as we go. In less than six months we have almost achieved full food self-reliance.
Are there opportunities to volunteer at Living Sanctuary?
Yes, however currently the space is very limited. We aim to build a dormitory and other accommodations soon. Contact us to check if there is space available.
